The firm consists of KAP Agus Ubaidillah dan Rekan, Firma X Group Advisory, and PT AUP Grup Indonesia. TGS AU Partners is an independent member of TGS, an international network of accounting and consulting firms with head office in Paris, France.
History of TGS AU Partners
The group has its beginning from the inception of KAP Drs Agus Ubaidillah in 1992 by Drs Agus Ubaidillah an Indonesian accountant with entrepreneurial value. He sets entrepreneurial values as one of the key different values of the firm. For the first two decades of the firm history, the firm has focused on outsourcing of accounting services, tax and business management advisory.
In 2011, the firm become a partnership entity KAP Agus Ubaidillah & Rekan. The partner of the firm introduces the professional group, AU Partners in 2014 to become an integrated international professional service of accounting and finance under one roof. AU Partners become a member of TGS Global in 2015. During 2015-2020, the group expands its services, including corporate secretarial, information technology, and HR consulting, in addition to audit, accounting, and tax services.
