We Believe FAT Talents Can Lead Beyond Numbers
Finance, Accounting, and Tax are often associated with numbers, reports, compliance, and technical expertise. However, the people behind these functions do much more.
They contribute to business decisions, help organizations understand risks and opportunities, support accountability, and responsible decision-making. And increasingly, they are expected to understand technology, sustainability, and the wider impact of business.
The future of FAT therefore needs more than technical competence.
It needs people who can think critically. People who can communicate and collaborate. People who can adapt to change.People who can lead with integrity. And people who understand that their professional knowledge can create impact beyond the workplace.
This is why Accounting Tribe exists.
We create opportunities for FAT students and graduates to learn, connect, contribute, and grow — while developing the capabilities and mindset needed to become future leaders.
Established in 2024, Accounting Tribe has conducted more than 20 online training sessions for students and fresh graduates across Indonesia and has grown into a community of 150+ active members engaged in continuous learning, mentorship, and collaborative growth.
We are not just preparing people for their first job.
We are helping prepare them for the future.
Our Manifesto - The Three Paths
Since established in 2024, Accounting Tribe has grown into a community where young talents can learn, connect, and discover opportunities to unlock their potential and prepare themselves for meaningful, future-ready careers.
Now, Accounting Tribe is entering a new chapter.
To strengthen the community and ensure its continued growth, starting 2026 Accounting Tribe is taking its first step toward a more member-led community by establishing the Accounting Tribe Community Committee.
The Community Committee consists of active members who have chosen to step forward and take part in building and developing the community together through the three paths recorded on the manifesto.
