Philip Chen had over 10 year working experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 2 year overseas experience in UK, before joining Nortex. Philip mainly serves financial industry clients, especially clients in asset management sector. He has accumulated abundant knowledge with respect to regulatory environment, back office operation, accounting, internal control and A/H share IPO of financial industry through his service covering financial statement audit, IPO audit, financial due diligence, internal control review, market entry advisory and client training. Philip also maintains close relationship with regulatory bodies during client services and has participated various industrial discussions organized by regulatory bodies. The major clients he served mainly include Zheshang Bank, CPIC, Guotai Fund, China Seed Ventures, New Margin Ventures, Sinovo Fund, UOB Venture Management, Suzhou Wuzhong Pawnshop, Hutchison Whompoa, Qianjiang Motor, etc. Philip is a practicing member of CICPA and charterholder of CFA.
