Jeffrey Dai joined big international accounting firm in 1998 providing tax, regulatory and business advisory services to the clients. After serving firms for more than 6 years, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies as senior tax/investment officers. He joined Nortex in 2011 as its senior tax partner. With such experience, Jeffrey has gained abundant experiences in the areas of cross border investment, corporate restructuring, M&A, and tax planning, reporting and compliance. He also have strong connections with various authorities and abundant experience in assisting foreign investors to enter into the China market. He has the qualifications for CPA, CTA and lawyer, and he obtained EMBA degree from Olin-Fudan EMBA program.
