Cavern Cheng used to work with KPMG and Arthur Andersen as senior consultant during the beginning of his profession. He was mainly focusing on providing audit and financial consulting services to multinational/ state-owned companies and some private enterprises. Cavern joined Nortex CPAs in 2002 and since then he has dedicated himself to providing financial due diligence services, internal control and risk management services to our clients as well as assisting enterprises undergo initial public offerings in both domestic and oversea markets. In his previous experience Cavern keeps close work relationship with a number of well-known VC/PEs like Carlyle Group, FountainVest, GGV Capital, ABC Capital, Yunfeng Capital and etc. His specialized industries include: TMT, professional training/education, media, retail, e-commerce and etc. Cavern is a practicing member of CICPA.
