Andini graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Trisakti University. As Senior Associate of Accounting and Tax. Experienced in many business sectors from Energy, IT, Infrastructure, Construction, Finance, Marine, Manufacturing, BUMN & Multinational Companies.

Andini has obtained Brevet A & Brevet B certifications. Her areas of practice include: Accounting, Tax Calculation and Reporting, and Transfer Pricing Documentation.

She is also active in the Indonesian Accountants Association organization.
